Runtime helper fix release.
Fixes:
- Statistics page runtime error: isSourceOrGenerationDevice is not a function
- Memory page runtime error: analyticsDeviceRows is not a function
Both helpers are restored correctly as component class methods.
This release is based on the confirmed-working v14.0.0-alpha.170 baseline.
No UI redesign, energy calculations, finance logic, intelligence, learning, control or backend behavior has intentionally changed.
